I had my first class today, and it was amazing. It was kick boxing.. The instructor was very nice along with the students.. I met the owners last week and they were very kind and humbled…. I joined and I have my uniform ?. I welcomed with opened arms and I’m excited to be a part of the PO1 Family ?.
They r awesome!! And they want only the best for the kids! Kids have so much fun learning!
This place is amazing and life changing. Motivation, Inspiring, Self discipline, Fun, Family oriented and so much more. The instructor are excellent with all students, children and adults. My son and I enjoy each and every class we attend. We love ??☝?
We absolutely love Po1! Our two kids, myself, and my spouse all attend classes. We can’t say enough about the staff, the programs, and the community of people you gain by training here. We also love the values and skills they are teaching our kids. It has been such a gift to our family!
Training & great workouts
My son has been a member of the Po1 family for over 10 years now. From the minute we walked into the studio we knew we had found a home for our son and his martial arts journey. As my son progressed through the ranks at the studio, we knew we had made the right decision, he has never complained about going to class and has never wanted to quit. He has been on demonstration teams, competition teams, been able to help teach and mentor younger students and has gained experiences in leadership that are hard to find in other places. Having the opportunity at a young age to take a Certified Instructor Training course and then use that in classes he has helped teach is an invaluable experience for anyone and the fact that they encourage higher ranking youth to get involved tells you about their commitment to their students. My son is an Advanced Honorary Black Belt and is truly looking forward to his next journey, Adult Black Belt. I am extremely proud of the fact that he is a Po1 student and look at the confidence, respect and commitment that the studio teaches and am so thankful that we are part of the Po1 family.
My 7 year old son has been coming here for two years, and the instructors are so awesome. Each of them so obviously loves their job, and really cares for these kids. He’s gained so much confidence and balance and control of his body and has so much fun. It’s a great place.
We have tried karate at other places and there is where we found the spark. After joining Power of One we understand why the spark was there. The family, the Lessons, and authenticity of the whole experience is great. The black belts in charge care about you.
Great place for kids to gain a solid Karate experience. Amazingly well rounded in discipline focus and respect we have loved our time with Power of One and look forward to our future with them!!!

After seeing this year’s Po1 group of 2018 brown belts complete their jr black belt rank at their pre-teen and young teenage hood, I can’t imagine a more positive experience to provide for our community’s youth. I am so grateful that my kids had his ‘coming of age’ experience a few years back too!
